General Terms and Conditions – Tapedesign Switzerland

Welcome to Tapedesign Switzerland. These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.tape-design.ch . The provider is 360Footballarena GmbH, located in 8425 Oberembrach, Switzerland.

1. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is only possible within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

• Shipping costs: Free
• Delivery time: Usually 3–5 working days
• Note: Personalized socks (e.g. with embroidery) may take a little longer to produce.

2. Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are possible if this allows for faster delivery. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.

3. Order and conclusion of contract

The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. A purchase contract is only concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• TWINT
• Credit card/debit card
• PayPal

4.1 Default in payment

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees or take legal action.

5. Returns and exchanges

A right of return or exchange applies only to non-personalized products and only in perfect condition . Feedback must be received within 14 days .
Personalized items (e.g. embroidered socks) are excluded from exchange and cancellation, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Defects and complaints

Defects must be reported in writing immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. We will replace the goods free of charge for legitimate defects.

7. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Errors and price changes excepted.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of 360Footballarena GmbH until full payment has been made.

9. Disclaimer

Use of the products is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for damages.

10. Technical errors and pricing errors

In the event of technical or pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders. You will be notified in this case.

11. Place of jurisdiction
