Our products are usually delivered within 3–5 business days via Swiss Post – shipping is free. Personalized socks may take a little longer due to the loving handcrafting involved.

You can specify the desired embroidery when ordering. We embroider your socks by hand, so please ensure you spell correctly. Personalized products are non-returnable.

Since these are custom-made products, returns or exchanges are not possible. If there's anything wrong with your order, please contact us – we'll be happy to help.
